Description
On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors to the rear and side of the house. The living room has an open luxury kitchen with a dining area. There is also a fireplace in the living room, which is great to burn in the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi-fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Also on the ground floor is the wonderful sauna and second bathroom with rain shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 x single bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace on the south and is located on a canal. Which is also wonderful after a long day... completely relax in a heated hot tub and enjoy an unobstructed view of the dunes.
There is a modern beach pavilion on the beach, which is open all year round for a tasty snack and/or drink.

Deze villa was van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken kon niet vollediger zijn ingericht. Fijne bank en stoelen in de kamer. slaapkamers en bedden prima. Fijne sauna met een een heerlijke douche erbij. Wij kregen de hottub niet gevuld. Nadat wij dit meldden stond er binnen twee uurtjes een andere hottub geleverd. Top service! Omgeving is prachtig! Wij hebben genoten!
